Officially, Magnitogorsk Footwear Factory starts its history from November, 1941. Magnitogorsk industrial potential sufficiently increased after the west region factories had been evacuated to the banks of Ural. One of the first newly arrived enterprises became Osipenko Shoes  Factory (Berdyansk presently) On the 11th of November, 1941 S. Krivoruk, the Head of Magnitogorsk Shoes Factory was prescribed to assume the funds, material stock and manufacturing facilities of Osipenko Shoes Factory (order No 375 d/d.11.11.1941) The miners’ club premises were given to place the manufacturing equipment.
